Vegan Hemp & Walnut Pesto

Ingredients
  • 2 cups fresh basil
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh oregano leaves
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp. hemp seeds
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tsp. Himalayan pink salt
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • ¼ - ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients except olive oil to a food processor or blender. Process the pesto to break down the ingredients. Scrape down the food processor or blender if necessary. Turn on the food processor or blender and stream in the olive oil until desired consistency is reached.
