- 12 ounces water
- 2 Tbsp. raw apple cider vinegar
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tsp. raw honey
- ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
- Add all ingredients to a blender or shaker bottle and blend/shake until all ingredients are mixed. Drink immediately.
