Ingredients
  • 1 cup dates, pitted
  • 1⁄4 cup chia seeds
  • 1⁄4 cup [url:1]raw cacao
 powder[/url]
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1⁄4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. water
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor. Process/blend until the dates have broken down and all the ingredients are incorporated. Form the ingredients into little balls about 1” in diameter. Add the balls to a tray, then put into the freezer for 30 minutes to form. Enjoy or store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
