Ingredients
Oatmeal Packet Base:
  • ⅓ cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 2 tsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. coconut sugar
CHERRY ALMOND:
  • 1 Tbsp. sliced almonds
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped dried cherries
CARAMEL HAZELNUT:
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped hazelnuts
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped dates
BLUEBERRY PECAN:
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped pecans
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped dried blueberries
COCONUT HEMP:
  • 1 Tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. coconut flakes
CASHEW CRANBERRY:
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped cashews
  • 1 Tbsp. dried cranberries
CHOCOLATE WALNUT:
  • 1 tsp. cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
CINNAMON RAISIN:
  • ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. raisins
Instructions
  1. Add "base" ingredients to a snack size plastic bag. Choose ingredients of choice for flavor ad-ins, if desired. Repeat to make as many oatmeal packets as you need.
  2. When you're ready to eat your oatmeal...
  3. For hot oatmeal:
  4. Mix oatmeal packet with ⅔ cup of water or dairy-free milk of choice. Cook in the microwave for until liquid is absorbed and oats are soft or boil liquid on stove and simmer until oats are cooked.
  5. For overnight oats:
  6. Mix oatmeal packet in a small bowl or mason jar with ⅔ cup of water or dairy-free milk of choice. Let sit in the refrigerator overnight and it will be ready to go in the morning!
