Ingredients
1 head romaine lettuce
1 handful spinach
2 cups water
1 apple, cored
Juice of ½ lemon
½ banana
2 Tbsp hemp protein powder (optional)
Instructions
Blend romaine, spinach, and water in blender until liquefied. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
