Ingredients
  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 apple, cored
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ½ banana
  • 2 Tbsp hemp protein powder (optional)
Instructions
  1. Blend romaine, spinach, and water in blender until liquefied. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
