Ingredients
  • 1 dozen organic, free range eggs
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Place eggs in a muffin pan to prevent eggs from rolling around.
  3. Put pan in the oven and set the timer for 30 minutes.
  4. After 30 minutes, remove eggs from the oven and place eggs in a bowl of ice water for 10 minutes. Timing is crucial for these eggs to turn out correctly, so use a timer!
  5. Once the eggs are done in the ice water, they can be peeled.
  6. Tap the eggs gently on a board and roll one time to help loosen the shell.
  7. Peel the entire shell off and you have easy hard boiled eggs!
