Summer Chopped Salad

- 1 head romaine lettuce, washed + chopped
- 1 english cucumber, chopped
- 1 green apple, cored + chopped
- 1 orange bell pepper, cored + chopped
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- ¼ cup hemp seeds
- Dressing:
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp. Himalayan pink salt
- ½ tsp. black pepper
- Add your salad ingredients to a large bowl
- Whisk your dressing separately
- Mix the dressing with the salad, toss, and enjoy!
