Ingredients
  • 1 bunch curly or lacinato kale, destemmed and chopped into approximately 2-inch pieces
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • Himalayan pink salt
  • Italian seasoning
  • Garlic powder
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, coat the chopped kale with melted coconut oil and season with spices, to taste.
  3. When oven reaches 325 degrees, spread kale evenly on large baking sheet. Roast in oven for about 20 minutes.
  4. Once kale is dry and crispy, remove from oven.
Notes
*The secret to good kale chips is spreading them out in a single layer on the baking sheet to make sure they get crispy*
