Crunchy Kale Chips

Serves: 4 cups
- 1 bunch curly or lacinato kale, destemmed and chopped into approximately 2-inch pieces
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
- Himalayan pink salt
- Italian seasoning
- Garlic powder
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, coat the chopped kale with melted coconut oil and season with spices, to taste.
- When oven reaches 325 degrees, spread kale evenly on large baking sheet. Roast in oven for about 20 minutes.
- Once kale is dry and crispy, remove from oven.
*The secret to good kale chips is spreading them out in a single layer on the baking sheet to make sure they get crispy*
