Hydrating Kale Smoothie

- 1 cup water
- 1 cup shredded kale
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- ⅓ cucumber, peeled
- ⅓ banana
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 Tbsp. hemp seeds
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth!
