Ingredients
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup shredded kale
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • ⅓ cucumber, peeled
  • ⅓ banana
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 Tbsp. hemp seeds
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth!
