Ingredients
  • 1 red onion, sliced thin
  • 1 clove raw garlic
  • 1¼ cup raw apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp raw honey
  • ¼ tsp Himalayan pink salt
  • 1 bay leaf
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to mason jar and let sit at room temperature for 8-12 hours. After 12 hours, store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
