Ingredients
  • Handful fresh parsley, stems removed
  • Handful fresh cilantro, stems removed
  • Handful fresh basil, stems removed
  • 4 Tbsp fresh oregano leaves
  • 1 sprig scallion, end trimmed
  • ⅓ cup raw pistachios
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½-2/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
  1. Process all ingredients (except olive oil) in food processor until herbs have broken down. Turn the food processor back on and stream in olive oil until a creamy consistency is reached.
