Ingredients
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup raw apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 shallot, finely diced
  • 4 tsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp raw honey
  • 1 tsp Himalayan pink salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
  1. Whisk all ingredients together until dressing has emulsified.
  2. Store in an airtight mason jar in the refrigerator.
  3. Keeps for 1-2 weeks.
