Ingredients
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
½ cup raw apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 shallot, finely diced
4 tsp dijon mustard
2 tsp raw honey
1 tsp Himalayan pink salt
½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
Whisk all ingredients together until dressing has emulsified.
Store in an airtight mason jar in the refrigerator.
Keeps for 1-2 weeks.
