Ingredients
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • ½ banana
  • 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1 tsp. ground turmeric
  • A dash of black pepper (to help the turmeric absorb better)
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients together in a high-speed blender and drink up!
