Who doesn’t love pumpkin pie? And who wouldn’t want a healthy version of it? This smoothie is vegan and gluten-free with all the flavors of pumpkin pie. Yum!
- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
- ⅔ cup pumpkin puree
- 1 banana
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
- Handful of ice
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth!
